Welcome to UTTUA Longview!
We are a K-12 public university charter School that incorporates STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education into daily classroom curriculum and utilizes a hands-on learning approach to better equip students with the 21st century skills required to succeed in the future.
We are excited about what is happening on the University Academy at Longview campus! Through Project-Based Learning instruction, our students are able to develop important skills that will prepare them for success in an ever-changing world. Our students collaborate with their peers to solve real-world, authentic problems and learn strategies to help discover the answers on their own. Our teachers facilitate student learning by guiding them through the learning process rather than lecturing and direct instruction.
We have a supportive, caring and nurturing culture on our campus. At the UT Tyler University Academy, we really are a family. We want all of our students to feel welcome and at home on our campus while they are working with their fellow students each day.
